Special Note: Place your device along the right side of your mat as we will move from the front of the mat to the back.

Once I am facing you, we may be moving different directions. Just follow the verbal cues and your practice will be nicely balanced.

This class is an all-level class. It moves slowly through poses with a decent amount of instruction throughout the class. Be prepared to test your balance.

Remember to move at your own pace and listen to your body and make any adjustments you need along the way.

Props are optional but always welcome.
