Hi there! I'm Christiana, and I would like to welcome you to Christiana’s Yoga!

Many years ago I was while working my way through my own health & wellness journey when I rediscovered yoga.

Along that path, I began to enjoy finding new ways to move my body. And yoga was this beautiful blend of strength and flexibility that gave me the space to nurture a new relationship with myself. One that was more forgiving and kind. One of patience that understands the importance of consistency over intensity.

Yoga is a deep dive into your soul offering you the chance to observe. What you do when the pose gets hard, whether you breathe or hold, whether you stay or check out, whether you're kind to yourself or not, that's information about who you are on the mat and in life. 

Whether it was my anatomy, ability, or level of experience, when I was faced with a pose that I couldn’t do, instead of letting it defeat me, I approached it with curiosity and I explored different ways to make it work for me. 

This customizable approach to tailoring the practice to my needs is how I’ve been able to show up for myself so consistently.

That's what yoga did for me, and that's what I teach.

Christiana Hardege, of Christiana’s Yoga, is an online vinyasa (flow-style) yoga teacher who helps students feel comfortable and confident on the yoga mat. After going through her own health transformation, she discovered how powerful and encouraging movement could be when it’s approached with patience, curiosity, and self-compassion.

Christiana completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 and now creates accessible, thoughtfully paced classes designed to meet students where they are. Her teaching style emphasizes clear guidance, options, and reminders that there is no “right” way to practice - only what feels supportive for your body.

Her classes focus on building strength, mobility, and confidence while gently introducing yogic philosophy and mindset practices. Christiana’s goal is to help students move, breathe, and feel better without pressure, perfection, or comparison.
