This class is an all-level class but it is a bit challenging. You can even hear it in my voice! 😅🔥
The class will move slowly through poses with a decent amount of instruction throughout.
Remember to move at your own pace and listen to your body and make any adjustments you need along the way.
Props are optional but always welcome.

**Special Note - You may want the device centered at the top of the mat to have a clear view of the screen as you will open to the left side first during the variations of half moon and sugar cane.
